Craftsmanship Awaits
Welcome to Owyhee Knife Co
If you cook, these cut.
From the professional chef to the home cook, our heirloom quality pieces are ready for the task.
Each knife is made with the most decerning Chef in mind, no detail missed for performance. Only then do I worry about making it look good.
Every knife leaves the shop with a rolled spine/choil and a sharp edge.
Saya included with every knife.
